I recently moved back to the Inland Empire. Prior to me moving to Utah, I frequented Bella Visage which was located on State St. Upon returning I realized they had relocated after I had gone by to make an appointment with Sandra, my massage therapist. I asked the lady that was working in the salon if I could make an appointment with Sandra. She stated there was no Sandra working there. I asked if she could assist me by informing me where she might have relocated. She was inconvenienced and never came back down the stairs. Treating a returning client as I was treated, that NEW salon will be there temporarily. I will find Sandra. Does anyone know how to get in touch with her?.

ReplyDeleteI have never seen anyone treated like the women stated above. I think there is plenty of business for everyone and to imply that the new salon is any thing but professional, could not be further from the truth. Our team is professional, courteous,educated and care about customer service.I have been at this location for over a year and have not had one day of unhappiness. Our owner Michelle is a joy to work with and she cares about her staff and clients, all clients.We have plenty of business and would NEVER purposely with hold that kind of information. Please come and see for your self our comfortable , caring and professional setting.As for Sandra I don't know who she is or how to find her. If I did I would give that info happily.We will be here for years to come as we our a team and we assist each other both professionally and personally.

ReplyDeleteThank for clarifying this issue but I was shunned when inquiring about Sandra Will's where abouts. She was a previously massage therapist for Mary and Michelle. I fortunately found Sandra Will. She followed Bella Visage to there new location. What is confusing is your Salon states that Lauren Michaels is the new Bella Visage. That is incorrect and misleading. You apparently were not the staff member that attempted to assist me. I also feel there is plenty of clientele to go around but when I was not given the info that I inquired about it made me feel that your salon didn't act in a professional manner. It all worked out and I found Sandra.
